What is your Shipping Timeline?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered:

Clothing Products: Shipping timelines range from 5 to 7  working days. Specific timelines for each product are mentioned under the product description section.
Fabrics & Sarees: These items take 5 to 7 working days to ship from our warehouse.
International Orders: All international orders will also take 2 to 14 working days to be shipped. If an order contains multiple products with varying timelines, the entire shipment will be sent together.
Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday, so the shipping timeline does not include weekends.

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to your registered email address.

Important: Do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with, as we will not be responsible for it.

Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. Unfortunately, this service is not available for addresses outside of India.

In some cases, reverse pickup may not be available for certain addresses. In such instances, we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk
